Privacy Notice

This notice explains what Veridraft collects, why, and what happens to the documents you upload. It applies to veridraft.ai and the Veridraft application.
What we collect
Account information — name, work email, company, and password hash (or your Google/Apple sign-in identifier). Documents and content — the letters of credit, presentation documents and notes you upload or enter. Usage and technical data — analyses run, features used, device and browser information, IP address, and logs needed to operate and secure the Service. Billing — plan and invoice records; card details are held by our payment processor, not by us.
How we use it
To provide the Service (analyze your documents, show results, send alerts you have enabled), to run and secure our systems, to bill you, to support you, and to improve the product using aggregated, de-identified usage information. We do not sell your data and we do not use your documents to train models.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers under contract: cloud hosting and a managed database (with row-level access controls), AI model providers that read your documents to produce the analysis (currently Anthropic, and Google models via a gateway), a background job service, a payment processor, and a transactional email provider. Each receives only what it needs. Our AI providers are used under commercial terms that do not permit them to train on your content.
Retention
Uploaded documents and their analyses stay in your account until you delete the analysis or close your account, after which they are removed from active systems and from backups on the backup rotation. Intermediate processing artifacts are deleted shortly after an analysis completes. Invoice records are kept as required by tax law.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to customer documents inside Veridraft is limited to what is necessary to operate and support the Service. No method is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your data we will notify you as the law requires.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your information. Team owners can remove members. Until these controls are available in the app, email privacy@veridraft.ai and we will act within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, including to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage for sign-in sessions and preferences such as dark mode. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
