Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Veridraft (the "Service"), operated by Veridraft ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
1. The Service
Veridraft analyzes letters of credit and related trade documents and produces structured requirements, risk findings, deadlines, checklists, amendment drafts and document-package checks. The Service is a decision-support tool for professionals.
2. No professional advice
Output is generated in part by automated systems, including large language models, and may be incomplete or wrong. It is not legal, banking, compliance or financial advice, and it does not replace examination by a qualified document checker or bank. You remain solely responsible for the documents you present, the amendments you request and the decisions you make. Read the original credit.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account, including by team members you invite. Tell us promptly at support@veridraft.ai if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Your documents and content
You retain all rights to the documents you upload and the content you enter. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service to you, including transmitting them to the infrastructure and AI providers described in our Privacy Notice. You represent that you have the right to upload them and that doing so does not breach any confidentiality obligation.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, probe or disrupt our systems, resell access without our agreement, or upload malicious files. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Plans, billing and usage limits
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of analyses and document-package checks; unused allowance does not roll over. Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may modify or retire features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, models, prompts, rules and design, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no rights in it beyond use of the Service as intended.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, refused presentations, bank charges or business interruption, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
10. Termination
You may cancel at any time from Billing; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms. Sections 2, 4, 8, 9 and 11 survive termination.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are subject to the courts located there.
